Sabarat provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to strategy consulting, content creation, SEO, social media management, and web development. The specific services provided will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
The Client agrees to provide timely access to materials, information, and necessary permissions required for Sabarat to perform the services. Delays in client feedback or provision of assets may impact project timelines.
Payment terms are detailed in the individual Service Agreement. Invoices are generally due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges. Sabarat reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final deliverables. Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, and technical processes.
Sabarat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Yemen. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sana'a.
